Real time chlorophyll fliorescence imaging that can be monitored remotely by a computer using the Internet
SeedReporter instrument provides excitation of the chlorophyll complex by high intensity amber colored light. Chlorophyll excitation is induced by illumination of the seeds at 620 nm and the chlorophyll fluorescence signals are detected at 730 nm.
This system also measure multiple parameters of whole plants:
•Fv/Fm=ϕPo=(Fm-F0)/Fm (maximum quantum yield of PSII photochemistry)
•ϕRo=(Fm-FI)/Fm (quantum yield of reduction of end acceptors of PSI)
•ϕPSII=ϕPt=Fq’/Fm’=(Fm’-Fs’)/Fm’ (effective quantum yield of PSII photochemistry)
•Chlorophyll-index, Anthocyanin-index, reflectance using red, red edge, green and blue LEDs, and in the NIR region.

Reflectance imaging
VideometerLab4 instrument is integrated with a sphere providing homogeneous and diffuse illumination using strobe light-emitting diode (LED) technology.
Reflectance images can be captured at 19 different wavelengths (365, 405, 430, 450, 470, 490, 515, 540, 570, 590, 630, 645, 660, 690, 780, 850, 880, 940 and 970 nm), combining them into high-resolution multispectral images (40 μm/pixel).
Every pixel in the image contains reflectance data, which varies depending on color, texture and chemical composition of the sample.
The normalized canonical discriminant analysis (nCDA) can be used as a supervised model based on multispectral image transformation, which allows to minimize the distance to observations within seedlot and to maximize the distance to observations among seedlots.

MultiFocus is ideal for high-resolution imaging
This system provides as high as 6 micron resolution. The built-in advanced Automatic Exposure Control removes the guesswork from selecting appropriate exposure time and kV settings. Featuring either a 24 or 48 micron detector and up to 8X geometric magnification.
